Contestants are welcome to submit up to 8 photos between September 12th through November 4th, 2022 until 5:00 pm.  Please submit up to 8 photos in a .jpeg format, and up to size 5MB per picture to Please complete and include the Media Consent Form with your submission.


Photos will be judged by the Primary Care and Rural Health staff based on creativity, originality, photo quality, how well they communicate the concept of “rural,” and overall appeal. Winners will be notified by November 17, 2022 and photos will be posted on the OPCRH website


Upon submission, all photos become the sole property of the Utah Department of Health and Human Services and can be used for any purpose with credit to the photographer.
