The Health Systems Support Team exists to improve coordination across multiple programs within the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health focused on supporting rural hospitals and rural health clinics (RHC) in Utah as well as organizations that provide primary health care services to low income, uninsured, and under-insured individuals.
